In-person registration includes lunches and tea breaks. No conference dinner is planned due to uncertainties arising from changing covid restrictions.

Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees

  1. Full refund if request received 14 days prior to meeting.
  2. 50% cancellation fee applicable if refund request received within 8-13 days prior to meeting.
  3. 100% cancellation fee applicable if refund request received 7 or fewer days prior to the meeting.
  4. Written notice to cancel a booking must be received from attendee to be entitled to a refund.
  5. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment
  6. Bookings can be transferred to another guest without charge. Transfer of bookings must be made in writing.
