In-person registration includes lunches and tea breaks. No conference dinner is planned due to uncertainties arising from changing covid restrictions.
*Join the AIP now as a Member full-time student for the next 6 months for only $30 (use code 50%DISCOUNT1/2YEAR2021). Note that Student associates (free online members) are not AIP members and need to pay the non-member student fee, or, if eligible, join as full-time student Members.
Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Registration Fees
- Full refund if request received 14 days prior to meeting.
- 50% cancellation fee applicable if refund request received within 8-13 days prior to meeting.
- 100% cancellation fee applicable if refund request received 7 or fewer days prior to the meeting.
- Written notice to cancel a booking must be received from attendee to be entitled to a refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment
- Bookings can be transferred to another guest without charge. Transfer of bookings must be made in writing.
