Registration

We have temporarily paused registration for the Meeting as we transition from in-person only attendance to a more inclusive format. If you have already registered, we will be in touch to discuss how this will affect your registration, and to provide an opportunity to change or cancel your existing registration.


Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees

  1. Full refund if request received 14 days prior to meeting.
  2. 50% cancellation fee applicable if refund request received within 8-13 days prior to meeting.
  3. 100% cancellation fee applicable if refund request received 7 or fewer days prior to the meeting.
  4. Written notice to cancel a booking must be received from attendee to be entitled to a refund.
  5. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment
  6. Bookings can be transferred to another guest without charge. Transfer of bookings must be made in writing.

Conference Dinner Refund
